You can still eat like a king or queen either way. Everyone has specific energy demands & factors which determine their caloric input. Way beyond Calories in > Calories out and way beyond an instagram post.
We both utilise fasting to some extent, we both believe in nutrients for fuel, eating foods we enjoy 😊 & cooking real food which consign with our beliefs & values ❤️
More sweet potato + grass fed beef with 10% fat.
Eats less animal protein as a personal preference.
Wanted turkey, contains higher amount of tryptophan + with the carbs is the key 🔑
Less Sweet potato too if you didn’t notice although she pinched a few of mine.
