Saturday guuuuuys! I hope you’re all having a wonderful week and weekend so far …

Saturday guuuuuys! I hope you’re all having a wonderful week and weekend so far 💗I wish I could be more active but it’s just difficult with signal and WiFi, plus I’m constantly busy whilst out here with my friends😁but last night I went to the loveliest Chinese restaurant near our apartments and had a vegetable soup, then mixed veggies in a sauce with some boiled rice, it might sound super basic but it was soooo yummy! And tonight after the mall and golfing we are going to a restaurant which states vegan on the outside and has so many options; I’m so excited! I haven’t seen much of that so far here 😁

I’m living off lotsa fruit, veggies, oats and milk/yoghurt at the minute… plus I got some sweet potatoes! One of W hich I microwaved last night and had with avocado and nooch for a snack 😂😁

anywayz, this is my dinner from last week, a sweet potato (which I covered in the avo and some peanut butter and cinnamon👌) with cucumber, raw tofu, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, sugar snap peas and green beans☺️☺️😍 I hope you’re all happy bunnies and I’ll check in soon!💗💗💗✨ “ @happy.vegan.bethhappy
