Who’s up for the challenge?
I got home from the gym today, then waited 60 minutes (at least) to eat per usual. WHY❓❓❓ Waiting until your body is in the “rest and digest” mode for optimum digestion will make you have:
• Less bloat
• Less gas
• Less pain
• Better absorption
• Your food won’t feel “stuck” in your upper intestines.
It’s a myth you NEED to eat asap….but no myth you NEED this “Texas Toast.” 🍞 Here I added pre-cooked @eatpre_ grass-fed 95% lean ground beef (code: lilsipper) to my homemade sauce mix (see stories for “recipe”, ingredients, and bread used – Hint: there’s @firecider_ in this mix!) and topped it with greek yogurt, avo, and instead of romaine lettuce I julienned spinach since it’s easier to digest and romaine cause bloating, gas, and harder to digest. @lilsipper
